Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
2. Credits
Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased and added to your account. Top-up options: 25 credits ($9), 75 credits ($22), 250 credits ($55). Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
3. Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases where a technical error on our part prevented you from using the service. To request a refund, contact support@getvizlo.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. Billing & Disputes
Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com). For any billing issues, refund requests, or payment disputes, please contact us at support@getvizlo.com. We will handle all disputes directly and respond within 2 business days.
