1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Vizlo (getvizlo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. The Service
Vizlo provides AI-powered ad generation tools for Shopify store owners, including visual ad creatives and ad copy. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@getvizlo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits are consumed when generating ads and are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Pro plan credits roll over to the next month. Starter plan credits reset monthly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Vizlo for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful. Creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits or circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the ads and content you generate using Vizlo. You are solely responsible for how you use those ads, including compliance with advertising platform policies. Vizlo is not responsible for the performance of ads you publish.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
